Don’t know if this is the place to ask, but what are the chances of getting Kate Trotter from Toronto, Ont. for a conversation about the Canadian film Tru Love? It’s an excellent story about 3 women, two middle-aged friends and the mother of one of them entering into a relationship with her daughter’s lesbian friend. It’s artistic, well-written, and broaches a May / December romance with feeling…the ending is a bit disconcerting, but it’s relationally well put together…Thank you!

Well done film that is beautifully shot. I would ask her how much input did the actors have in developing the intimate scenes and the complexity of their characters? It seems much deeper in character development than I have seen before.
